Instructions
- 🍴Combine the dry ingredients & grate the carrot
Sieve and combine all-purpose flour, oats powder, 3/4 cup icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Once the dry ingredients are mixed completely, peel the carrot and grate in a small bowl.

In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter, milk, and vanilla essence. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
