Ingredients
- 🍴2 egg
- 🍴1/2 cup sugar
- 🍴1/4 tablespoon green cardamom
- 🍴5 roasted cashews
- 🍴1/2 liter milk
- 🍴2 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴5 strand saffron
Instructions
- 🍴Put a saucepan on medium flame and boil milk in it. When the milk is boiled, switch off the burner and leave it to cool at room temperature. Then take a small bowl and beat the eggs until foamy. Next, take 1 tablespoon of lukewarm milk and soak saffron strands in it.
- 🍴Then, take a heavy-bottomed cooking vessel and add beaten eggs, lukewarm milk, ghee, and green cardamom powder. Mix well all the ingredients and cook on low flame till water is separated from milk.
- 🍴Finally, add sugar and soaked saffron strands in the mixture and cook till all water evaporates completely. The consistency of this mixture should be thick and should start sticking the spoon.
