To make this easy kebab recipe, begin with boiling the eggs with a pinch of salt. Once the eggs are boiled, remove the shells and grate the boiled eggs in a large bowl. Then add all the other ingredients except bread crumbs and oil into it. Mix all the ingredients well using your hands. Add water only 1-2 tbsp at a time in the mixture. Don't add more water than required. Make sure the consistency of the mixture is sticky and not watery. Leave the bread crumbs aside for coating.
