Ingredients
- 🍴6 boiled egg
- 🍴1 tomato
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 🍴1/2 inch peeled ginger
- 🍴1 handful Mint Leaves
- 🍴1/2 cup Refined oil
- 🍴1/2 coconut
- 🍴2 green chili
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 🍴1 handful coriander leaves
- 🍴2 pinch salt
Instructions
- 🍴Grind the coconut, green chilies, ginger, mint leaves and coriander leaves together in a mixie to a smooth paste. Add sugar and salt. Mix well.
- 🍴Add the boiled eggs and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- 🍴Heat little oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
