Ingredients

  • 🍴6 boiled egg
  • 🍴1 tomato
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🍴1/2 inch peeled ginger
  • 🍴1 handful Mint Leaves
  • 🍴1/2 cup Refined oil
  • 🍴1/2 coconut
  • 🍴2 green chili
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 🍴1 handful coriander leaves
  • 🍴2 pinch salt

Instructions

  • 🍴Grind the coconut, green chilies, ginger, mint leaves and coriander leaves together in a mixie to a smooth paste. Add sugar and salt. Mix well.
  • 🍴Add the boiled eggs and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 🍴Heat little oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
