Ingredients

  • 🍴50 gm cashews
  • 🍴2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 🍴1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 🍴75 ml water
  • 🍴salt as required

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this yummy dip recipe, wash and soak the cashews for a good 5-6 hours. Then, put a saucepan on medium flame and add the soaked cashews along with the water in which they were soaked.
  • 🍴Stir once to mix and bring the cashew mix to a boil and then let it simmer for about 5 minutes till the cashews are soft and tender. Turn off the burner and let the cashew mix cool down a little and then transfer in a blender jar. Blend the boiled cashews into a fine paste. You can add some water to the paste for the desired consistency.
  • 🍴Once blended, transfer the cashew mix to a bowl and add sugar syrup along with lime juice to it. Stir once and adjust the seasonings. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
