Ingredients

  • 🍴6 idli
  • 🍴2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 🍴2 cup yogurt (curd)
  • 🍴1 handful coriander leaves

For Tempering

  • 🍴3 dry red chili
  • 🍴3 leaves curry leaves
  • 🍴1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 🍴1 dash asafoetida
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon chana dal

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this delicious idli recipe, take a large bowl with yoghurt and salt, and whisk them together. Add the leftover idlis to this yoghurt mixture.
  • 🍴Next, heat a little oil in a pan over medium flame and add mustard seeds to it. Let them splutter and then add the chana dal. Then, add asafoetida, curry leaves and the red chillies, and keep stirring. Turn off the flame.
