Instructions
- 🍴Slice the Karela & add lemon juice & turmeric
Slice the bitter gourd (karela) into thin round pieces. De-seed the bitter-gourd pieces and keep them aside in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients and set the bitter-gourd pieces aside for 15 minutes.
