- 🍴To prepare this snack recipe, take a large bowl and mix together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla essence. Whisk it swiftly to make the batter smooth. Once done, place this bowl in the fridge to chill.
- 🍴Now, take another bowl and add ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon cane sugar, and orange zest. Whisk well until you get a smooth mixture. Cover with a cling film and place this bowl in the fridge as well.
- 🍴Heat a saucepan with orange juice, remaining cane sugar, and orange juice over medium flame. Let it come to a boil and mix it well. Cook this until the berries become soft and tender. Using a masher, mash the berries and stir the mixture. Reduce the heat to low and mix it well. Once it has a sauce-like consistency, take it off the flame.
- 🍴Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium flame and spread it all over to coat the pan. Fill 1/4 cup with crepe batter and pour it over the melted butter.
