- 🍴1 teaspoon green cardamom
- 🍴1/2 cup cane sugar
- 🍴2 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴1 cup coconut flake
- 🍴2 tablespoon nutmeg powder
- 🍴1 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 🍴2 cup grated coconut
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare this delicious laddoo recipe, start by peeling the pumpkin and grating it. Then, take a non-stick kadhai on medium flame and add the grated coconuts to it, and roast them until you get a nice aroma. Once it is done, put it in a bowl and keep aside.
- 🍴Next, take the same pan and add the grated pumpkin to it. Fry the pumpkin till it becomes mushy and then, mast it well with a wooden spoon. Then, add the coconuts that you roasted in the pan and mix well.
- 🍴When the pumpkin and coconut are mixed properly, add the cane sugar, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder along with ghee to the pan and mix it all together.
- 🍴Now, pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down for a while. Once cooled, take the mixture and make small or medium balls with it. Then, take a plate and pour coconut flakes on it and roll the balls in it to coat them completely.
