Ingredients

  • 🍴190 gm chickpeas
  • 🍴2 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 🍴2 1/2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 🍴4 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 🍴1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 🍴2 1/2 teaspoon tahini
  • 🍴1 1/2 cloves garlic

For Garnishing

  • 🍴paprika as required
  • 🍴parsley as required

Instructions

  • 🍴Take a bowl and pour water into it. Now add chickpeas and soak it overnight.
  • 🍴Next, place a saucepan over medium heat and pour water in it. Once the water is heated, add chickpeas and boil them until tender. Drain the chickpeas and let them cool. On the other hand, place parsley over chopping board and chop them finely.
  • 🍴Now, take a small bowl and add tahini and water in it. Stir it and let it dissolve in water.
  • 🍴Next, take a blender and add chickpeas, salt, pepper, tahini, virgin olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Blend all the ingredients well to make a creamy paste.
  • 🍴Garnish the dip with chopped parsley and paprika. Serve cold.
