Ingredients
- 🍴3 cup refined flour
- 🍴1 cup milk
- 🍴1 cup water
- 🍴2 cup grated mozzarella
- 🍴black olives as required
- 🍴1 cup coriander leaves
- 🍴1/2 cup butter
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴2 cup makhani gravy
- 🍴1 cup onion rings
- 🍴2 cup diced chicken
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare this delicious pizza, first, preheat the oven at 240 degree Celsius.
- 🍴Sieve the all- purpose flour and then add salt and butter to it. Add milk and water as required to the flour and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- 🍴Roll out the dough in a triangle-shaped naan. This will be used as a pizza base.
- 🍴Next, half-bake the naan triangle in the tandoor.
- 🍴Spread makhani gravy and grated cheese on the top. Add chicken pieces, black olives and onion rings as a topping.
- 🍴Lift the pizza base using a shovel and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for around 8 minutes.
