Ingredients
- 🍴150 gm minced chicken
- 🍴30 gm chopped onion
- 🍴5 gm chopped leek
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon salt
- 🍴2 gm mustard powder
- 🍴30 gm bread crumbs
- 🍴1 egg
- 🍴20 gm butter
- 🍴30 gm chopped garlic
- 🍴10 gm chopped celery
- 🍴5 gm black pepper
- 🍴1 gm mixed herbs
- 🍴9 drops tabasco sauce
- 🍴20 gm flour
- 🍴1/2 cup refined oil
For Dressing
- 🍴10 ml Dijon mustard
- 🍴5 ml lemon juice
- 🍴20 ml mayonnaise
Instructions
- 🍴First, wash the mince and drain the water, now in a pan melt butter and put the onion, garlic, celery and leek and saute till tender cool it and add to the mince. Add the pepper, salt, mustard, Tabasco, and herbs and mix well.
- 🍴Add half the egg to this mince and rest mix with the flour and make a batter. Make cylindrical shapes of the mince and dip in the batter and then apply it to bread crumbs.
- 🍴Make sure the crumb has completely covered the chicken and then refrigerate for a while. On the other hand, take mayonnaise in a bowl and bled it with mustard and lemon juice and keep ready.
- 🍴Fry the chicken in a fryer till golden brown and cooked from inside and serve with the mustard mayo.
