- 🍴225 gm Chicken
- 🍴1 large sliced onion
- 🍴1 pizza base
- 🍴1 dash powdered Black Pepper
- 🍴1 tablespoon flour
- 🍴1 cup de seeded, sliced Red peppers
- 🍴3 tablespoon Olive Oil- Extra virgin
- 🍴1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- 🍴1 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- 🍴For preparing this yummy pizza recipe, put a frying pan on medium flame, and heat a little olive oil in it.
- 🍴Then, add capsicums and onions to the pan and saute them for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 🍴After they are sauteed, remove the pan from the flame and transfer the contents to a large bowl. Then place the pizza base on a flat floured surface.
- 🍴Now, spread the pizza sauce over the Pizza base and create a layer of shredded Mozzarella cheese on the base.
- 🍴Above the Mozzarella cheese layer, make another layer of the veggies with sauteed capsicum and onion along with pre-cooked chicken, and sprinkle black pepper powder on top.
