Ingredients

  • 🍴500 gm potato
  • 🍴50 gm semolina
  • 🍴4 pieces cheese cubes
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 🍴20 gm chopped coriander leaves
  • 🍴50 gm boiled peas
  • 🍴50 gm cornflour
  • 🍴50 gm breadcrumbs
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴10 gm chaat masala
  • 🍴50 gm grated carrot

Instructions

  • 🍴Prepare the veggies mixture and make balls

Grind bread slices to a fine powder and then boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, coriander leaves, grated carrot and boiled peas. Mix well and make a handful of balls and insert a quarter of the cheese block.

  • 🍴Coat the balls with cornflour paste, semolina and breadcrumbs

Dip balls in cornflour paste, Rava/suji and then in bread powder. Deep freeze these coated balls for an hour.

  • 🍴Deep fry these balls until golden in color and serve hot with your favorite dip

Put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, deep fry the balls for about 3-4 minutes till they are golden in colour. Serve hot with your favourite dip.
