Ingredients

  • 🍴4 carrot
  • 🍴4 green chilli
  • 🍴4 teaspoon ginger
  • 🍴1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴1 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 🍴4 teaspoon onion
  • 🍴4 red chilli
  • 🍴4 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • 🍴Wash and cut all your veggies

Firstly, wash the carrots under running water and keep them aside. Now, peel the carrots. Take a grater and grate the carrots. Now take a chopping board and chop green chillies, ginger, onions and keep them in separate bowls.

  • 🍴Boil the carrots and let them cool

Take a bowl and pour water into it. Now put carrots in it and boil them. Add green chillies and salt to it. Once the carrots turn tender, let them cool in a bowl.

  • 🍴Mix with curd and add the tadka

Once the mixture is cooled, add curd and mix thoroughly. Now, take a saucepan and pour oil into it. Heat the oil over medium flame and fry red chillies in it. Now, add mustard seeds and wait till the popping sound occurs. Simultaneously add chopped onions and ginger. Fry all the ingredients.

Stir the mixture till the onions become soft. Add this mixture to the carrot and curd bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Serve!
