Ingredients

  • 🍴4 bean
  • 🍴4 carrot
  • 🍴1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 🍴1 yellow bell pepper
  • 🍴1 cup boiled corn
  • 🍴1 cup red kidney beans
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this easy recipe, wash the vegetables in running water and pat them to dry. Then chop the vegetables and keep it aside. Boil carrots, red kidney beans, and green beans in salted water. Once done drain and keep it aside.
  • 🍴Now, place a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once it is heated add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering add chopped onions and fry until it becomes translucent.
