Ingredients
- π΄1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- π΄1 handful peas

- π΄1 cup chopped cabbage red
- π΄1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- π΄1 teaspoon black pepper
- π΄2 cup Refined oil
Instructions
- π΄Wash the cabbage and chop Knead the dough
To begin with, in this easy recipe just washes the cabbage under running water. Next, finely chop the cabbage and organize the rest of the ingredients. In the meantime, take a large bowl, sieve the flour, and add some salt. Knead them into a smooth dough.
- π΄Cook the cabbage masala
Take a pan over medium flame, add some oil, and once the oil is hot enough. add in the cabbage, peas, spring onions, soy sauce, and pepper powder, and toss well. Keep aside.
- π΄Flatten the dough ball and fill in the mixture
Make small balls of the dough and roll them into small puris. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of the cabbage filling and fold into a triangle.
- π΄Deep fry the samosas and drain the excess oil
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Gently slide the prepared samosas and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil.
