Ingredients

  • 🍴4 medium potato
  • 🍴7 pinches sendha namak
  • 🍴1 cup hung curd
  • 🍴1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon green chili
  • 🍴1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • 🍴Make a batter from kuttu ka atta

Take a deep mixing bowl and combine ΒΌ cup kuttu ka atta, salt, pepper and water. Make a batter of falling consistency. In a pan, boil potatoes.

  • 🍴Dip potatoes in kuttu ka atta mixture and deep fry

Then, heat oil in a deep pan and then dip the boiled potatoes in the batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown.
