- π΄7 pinches sendha namak
- π΄1 cup hung curd
- π΄1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- π΄1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- π΄Make a batter from kuttu ka atta
Take a deep mixing bowl and combine ΒΌ cup kuttu ka atta, salt, pepper and water. Make a batter of falling consistency. In a pan, boil potatoes.
- π΄Dip potatoes in kuttu ka atta mixture and deep fry
Then, heat oil in a deep pan and then dip the boiled potatoes in the batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown.
