- 🍴1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 🍴3/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴4 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴3/4 cup grated broccoli
- 🍴1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 🍴1 1/2 teaspoon green chili sauce
- 🍴water as required
Instructions
- 🍴Prepare the broccoli-cheese dough for the parantha
To make this yummy recipe, take a large-sized mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients together to knead a dough. Use the appropriate amount of water to form a smooth and thick dough. Add a little ghee to it. Make the broccoli-cheddar dough rest for at least 10 to 15 minutes. In the meanwhile, preheat a griddle over low-medium heat.
- 🍴Roll the dough and cook paranthas
Now, pull out small balls from the dough and roll them to make paranthas using a rolling pin. The dough should be enough for 8 to 9 paranthas. Flip the raw parantha over the hot griddle and cook on both sides. Brush ghee on each surface of the cooking parantha and wait until each side turns golden in color and containing brown spots. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately with either curd or butter.
