- 🍴100 gm bitter gourd
- 🍴2 tablespoon green chilies

- 🍴2 tablespoon salt
- 🍴1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- 🍴Cut bitter gourd in pieces and add
Take fresh green bitter gourd and cut them vertically into 2 parts. Remove all the seeds, sprinkle some salt and keep aside. Now, cut into pieces at your convenience. Now add lemon juice, salt, sugar, red chilly powder, cumin powder, green chilies, and stir well.
