Ingredients
- 🍴1/4 cup moong dal
- 🍴250 gm powdered jaggery
- 🍴10 cashews
- 🍴4 teaspoon ghee
- 🍴1 cup water
- 🍴1/2 cup rice
- 🍴4 cup milk
- 🍴10 raisins
- 🍴1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- 🍴10 almonds
Instructions
- 🍴Soak dal and rice
Firstly soak the rice and dal in water for 20 minutes.
- 🍴Melt the jaggery
Now add powdered jaggery in a pan, add 1/2 cup water and let it melt. Once it melts and forms a smooth paste, turn off the heat.
