- 🍴Cook the beetroots until tender
To make this delicious beetroot raita, cook the beetroot by steaming or boiling it until it turns very soft. To check if the beetroot is cooked, stab the point of a knife. If the knife easily goes in, the vegetable is cooked and ready to be used in raita. Peel and chop the beetroots and keep them aside.
