Ingredients
- 🍴2 cup beetroot
- 🍴6 green chili
- 🍴6 leaves curry leaves
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴1 cup coconut
- 🍴2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 🍴4 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 🍴2 cup yogurt (curd)
Instructions
- 🍴Start by adding grated coconut, chopped green chilies, and curry leaves in a blender and blend these to make a fine paste. Now, place a pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds in it. When the seeds start to splutter, add grated beetroot to it and saute the mixture for some time. Let the beetroot soften and then add the blended paste to it.
- 🍴Mix the paste well with all the ingredients in the pan and cover the pan with the lid. Cook for next 10 minutes and then remove the lid. Whisk all the ingredients well and then take the pan off the flame. Now, add curd in it and give it a gentle stir.
