Ingredients

  • 🍴3 peeled banana

  • 🍴1 cup vegetable oil
  • 🍴1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this delicious recipe, wash the dal and soak it in a bowl for 2 hours. Now place green chillies, coriander leaves and onion on a chopping board and chop them. Keep them aside in separate bowls.
  • 🍴Next, in a pressure cooker pour water and add the raw bananas. Boil the bananas and once they are boiled, mash them with the help of a masher.
  • 🍴On the other hand, drain the water of the daal and put the daal into a grinder. Grind it to make a smooth paste.
  • 🍴For making the dough of the vada, take a bowl and add mashed bananas, daal, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, salt, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix them well.
