Ingredients
- 🍴4 cup green unripe bananas
- 🍴5 finely chopped curry leaves
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 🍴2 green chili
- 🍴black pepper as required
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 🍴4 tablespoon refined oil
- 🍴2 tablespoon coriander leaves
For Marination
- 🍴4 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
- 🍴1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 🍴salt as required
- 🍴1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 🍴1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare this easy recipe, take a large bowl and add unripe banana cubes in it along with asafoetida, red chilli powder, gram flour, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well all the ingredients.
- 🍴Now, put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add the add cumin seeds in it and saute for a few seconds. Then, add mustard seeds in the kadhai and let them splutter for another few seconds. Next, add curry leaves in and cook them for a few seconds as well.
- 🍴Add the marinated banana pieces in the kadhai along with chopped green chili, and cook for 5 minutes. Afterwards, add the black pepper and salt as per your taste and stir to mix well with the banana pieces. Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
