Ingredients

  • 🍴5 banana
  • 🍴2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 🍴250 gm yogurt (curd)
  • 🍴1/2 cup raisins
  • 🍴2 orange
  • 🍴300 ml milk
  • 🍴1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 🍴1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • 🍴To prepare this delicacy begin by preheating your oven to 180ΒΊC. Take bananas and peel them. Place them in a baking dish and grate orange zest (of 1/2 orange) over them for flavor.
  • 🍴Take another orange and cut it into half and squeeze the juice of 1 1/2 oranges into the dish. Drizzle honey and sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder on top. Place this prepared dish in the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes. Once done remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool.
  • 🍴Blend the roasted bananas with the liquid remaining in the dish along with milk and yogurt till it becomes smooth in texture. Then add the juice of the remaining orange, some sea salt, cinnamon powder, and raisins to the mixture and mix it well.
  • 🍴After doing this procedure transfer the contents to an airtight container and let it freeze in the freezer for about 7 to 8 hours. Once the ice- cream freezes, add cocoa powder on it from the top and serve.
