- 🍴2 cup milk
- 🍴2 cup rolled oats
- 🍴4 teaspoon ghee
- 🍴1 cup sugar

- 🍴1 cup pitted dates

- 🍴To start with, peel bananas and mash them in a bowl. Keep the bowl aside. Then deseed the dates and chop them over a chopping board and keep them aside in a bowl.
