Ingredients

  • 🍴2 cup milk
  • 🍴2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 🍴1 cup red kidney beans
  • 🍴1 cup onion
  • 🍴1 gm capsicum (green pepper)
  • 🍴2 teaspoon chopped green chili
  • 🍴salt as required
  • 🍴6 tablespoon flour
  • 🍴1/2 cup grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • 🍴To begin with this recipe, we will first prepare the kidney beans mix. Take a non-stick pan and start heating the oil over medium flame. Then, add chopped onions, capsicums, mixed herbs and green chilies to it. Saute them well for a few seconds.
  • 🍴Next, add tomato puree, about a cup of water, boiled kidney beans, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to the pan. Keep stirring the contents for a few seconds more. Cover the pan and allow it to cook for some time. Once it's cooked, turn off the flame.
  • 🍴On the other hand, we will prepare the Alfredo Sauce. Take another small pan, add butter to it and keep it over low flame. Then, add flour, grated low fat mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and milk to it. Mix well and now start cooking the mix over medium flame. Once the mixture appears to be cooked, turn off the flame.
  • 🍴Now, spoon out the kidney beans mixture and place it on the tortillas. Then, add another spoon of the prepared sauce onto it. Repeat the above steps for tortillas.
