Ingredients
- 🍴1 cup avocados
- 🍴5 teaspoon refined oil
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
- 🍴water as required
- 🍴2 tablespoon ghee
- 🍴2 cup whole wheat flour
- 🍴1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 🍴1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 🍴salt as required
Instructions
- 🍴To prepare this delicious dish, wash the avocado and coriander leaves under running water. Then, cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Mash it into a bowl and keep aside. Using a clean chopping board, finely chop the coriander leaves and add them to the bowl.
- 🍴Now, in the same bowl, add the whole wheat flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, carrom seeds, lemon juice, and water. Knead the mixture to form a soft and smooth dough. Let the dough rest for a while.
- 🍴Next, divide the dough into small portions and roll it into small balls. Flatten it with the palm of your hands, and then, using a rolling pin, roll it out in a circle.
- 🍴Heat a Tava over a low flame and grease it with ghee. Carefully, place the paratha on it and cook well from both sides. Apply more ghee is required.
