Ingredients
- 🍴2 apple
- 🍴2.5 tablespoon condensed milk
- 🍴1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- 🍴1/2 liter milk
- 🍴1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions
- 🍴To begin with wash the apples thoroughly and peel them. Then, grate the apples in a large bowl. Make sure that you are using sweet apples for this recipe.
- 🍴Put a kadhai on medium flame. Melt the ghee in it and add the grated apples to it. Stir the mixture till all the moisture evaporates and let them cook for 5-10 minutes. You can even put the lid while cooking apples, but make sure that the stove is on a low flame. Once the apples are cooked, turn off the flame and let them cool at room temperature.
- 🍴After that pour milk into a deep-bottomed pan and let it boil. After one boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes till it is thickened. Make sure to stir in between so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Once that is done, add condensed milk into the pan and stir well.
- 🍴Now, increase the flame once more and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. After that, add the slivered almonds and cardamom powder and cook for another 2 minutes. Once you turn off the flame, let it cool at room temperature and transfer in a bowl. Then, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill. Take it out when chilled and add the sauteed apples. Mix well and serve cold. Garnish with apple slices, if you want.
