Ingredients

  • 🍴1/2 cup almonds
  • 🍴2 1/2 cup oats

  • 🍴1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 🍴2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 🍴1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • 🍴Preheat oven

For making these delicious bars, preheat the oven at 140 degrees. Take a small brownie tin and grease it with coconut oil.

  • 🍴Melt coconut oil with almond butter and add mashed banana.

Now using a fork mash the bananas until they are smooth. Keep aside. In a pan melt coconut oil, coconut nectar, and almond butter on low heat. Remove from heat and add mashed banana and vanilla extract. Stir well.
